My original post was going to be I am so fucking sick of being on this bloody board.

Why can I not go one way or the other. I am not sure if I have the strength to commit suicide (I am not going to) or whether it is taking strength not to.

I am just so tired of being in limbo

Not expecting a response,

Sometimes it takes a lot of strength not to. Do you have someone you can talk to in person, or a safe place to go? Thanks

No not really. A member on here is really helping me.

Thank you though, I think I am just looking to vent. I am so sick of being here (on this board) I want to be well and not looking for ways out

Could anger be a positive sign? To me it seems like a choosing life kind of emotion, but I don't know. It is natural to feel angry at being ill, and anger can be a powerful force for change.

My psychologist tells me that anger is usually a secondary emotion. That often what you feel is scared/lonely/helpless and the only way to give yourself a feeling of control, is to go into angry mode. Since he pointed that out to me, I have noticed that it is often true for me. Don't know if that is of any help at all.

Noexcuse I believe it sometimes takes great strength just to keep going! one tiny step at a time. Although you might not have much hope in your future at the moment, can you try and hold on to the fact that something much better, and easier, may well be in the not too distant future for you?

My therapist said anger is a good thing. It means you have fight left, and a want to be better.
