Online CBT for free.

Just seen this website. It is put on by the Scottish Executive Health Department, but you don't have to be Scottish to use it. Thought it might be helpful to anyone interested. here

It looks interesting. It seems to be more of a CBT course than personal CBT (you keep your details to yourself, mostly) but it seems like an interesting idea. Certainly good value for money!
