I was diagnosed with depression a week ago and although its not just post natal depression (I've had a lot of things contributing to me feeling lower and lower over the past 6 mths or so) obviously looking after 2 little ones has also been a factor in me feeling so tired and not feeling like 'me' anymore!
I was just wondering if anyone else who is/has been on prozac (fluoxetine) has had really severe dizzy spells? Over the last 2 days I've had really bad dizzy spells only 2 or 3 times a day lasting no more than an hour but its enough to stop me from driving and having to lie down so i don't fall over (the room spins as if I've one too many!!) I was just wondering if this is my body adjusting to the medication or if its more likely to be a side effect that will probably happen indefinately? I really don't want to go back to the docs yet bout it in case it is just a 'getting used to' (I've got an appt to see gp in 2 wks to see how I'm getting on and I definately feel a difference already apart from these spells!
