Wow I had forgotten how sedating olanzapine was!

I took 5mg at 8 was asleep within 30 minutes at 7:45 this morning my alarm went off at 8:00 my mum started ringing me. She then sent my sister to wake me up and it took 5 minutes of shaking me to wake me up.

I have my dose age upped to 10mg soon. Anyone know how long before the sedating effects calm down.

I take 2.5 mg at night, specifically to help me sleep! Sorry, probably not what you wanted to hear.
