Hi all

I guess it's to be expected, dropped dosage 3 days ago and am feeling, well, not great.

My internal head fuck chat seems to have started up again and I feel really flat and a bit emotionless.

On the other side of it, if I listen to music that remind me of anything good or bad it's almost too much. Sorry if this is waffle!

Argh, I was doing so well, what should I do? I guess up dosage again, hope they'll let me.

Have just moved so not registered with new docs yet :(

My advice is to do it very gradually. If you don't you'll feel like you are walking on springs. AD's help initially, but desensitise you to such an extent that you could take a roller coast ride and feel like you've boarded a number 43 bus into town. The springy feet sensation isn't very pleasant. Reduce your meds very slowly and get a lot of exercise too.

What are you taking and how much have you reduced the dose by?

Citalopram, docs asked if I wanted to drop from 20mg to 10. I said yes but knew it was the wrong decision/time really.

A bit hungover today, so feel worse!

I like the analogy Up very accurate.

I came off the same dose about 5 months ago. I started off with 20mg/10mg every other day for a couple of months before dropping to 10mg every day.
