Have been on a low dose for 3 months for pnd and really helped at first & felt loads more positive. But now doesn't seem to give me the same boost. Wondering if I should ask for an increased dose... But wonder why this has happened? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

You could ask for the dose to be upped, yes, but have you had any/thought about any counselling? AD work best for many people, in combination with talking therapy :)

I have had the same thing. Started off on 20mg and got a real buzz from feeling better then it settled. I went back to my GP and said I was feeling ok but thought I could feel better and she upped the dose to 40mg. The same thing happended. I get a real buzz out of realising I am feeling better then it settles. I would go back and ask ti increase dose.

Yes I'd go back and get an increase, sounds like they are starting to work...you just need a little push! Good luck.

Try taking vitamin B6 with it, it has really helped me, I take 240mg once a day.
