Venlafaxine withdrawal

Anyone had any experience of this? Please tell me it gets better!!

It does but it is horrible; I found I had to do it very slowly and took many months to come off it. The slower the better for me. That is why I never went back on it when I started ad's again.

A friend of mine ended up in a psychiatric clinic while withdrawing from Venlaxafine but then she was coming off quite fast. For me it wasn't that bad but I was changing over to Fluoxetine at the same time which I think helped. Venlaxafine has a very bad reputation for withdrawal symptoms and I agree with SilverStars, slowly is the way to go.
