Is there an OCD support thread?

First off I should clarify, I don't have an official diagnosis yet. A psychiatrist assessed me about 18 months ago - I'd actually been referred as my GP agreed my various issues could stem from Aspergers. I was totally shocked when the psychiatrist said he thinks I have OCD. Was not expecting it at all.

He was supposed to refer me but apparently didn't (local PCT is rubbish anyway) Hmm and since then I have been having various therapies in London for my physical conditions (CFS/ME and POTS) so obviously that has been taking up a lot of energy and time. But I should chase it up - the CBT I've had just hasn't made a dent in the anxiety and need for repeating things etc :(

Is anyone else in the same boat? I have had a horrible week anxiety wise and although in the past I've started threads on here about those issues, it would be great to have somewhere regular to vent.

I don't think there is one...however I'm sure that there is a desperate need Sadly I'm not much help as I'm helping my husband with this. Let's make this the support thread? !
