I am extremely anxious...anyone fancy a chat ?

My son (4) is being sick and it is a trigger for me. I am sat with him but I am terrified he might die ( irrational I know)

I presume me saying that a 4 year old boy does not normally die just becuase he is being sick, is going to allay your fears much, is it?
