I have been depressed for a year now. Well I no longer feel depressed at all. But I am still psychotic. I lack motivation. I sometimes am unable to speak. And I'm suffering paranoia or so I'm told. And my thoughts sometimes come out as jumbled up and random. Wtf is going on?

Are you on meds? Do you have regular contact with mh professionals? Bipolar is unfortunately something you have for life, and it can take a while to find the right combination of meds to make you feel better. You may have gone from a depressive episode into a manic episode, it vital that you contact your doc as your meds probably need to be adjusted.

No I just asked my husband and he agrees my mood is fine. I will contact my mental health care but as I feel no depression and they were aware of my psychosis I'm not sure what they will do.

It's fantastic that you are no longer depressed but in your own words you are psychotic, lacking motivation, sometimes unable to speak and possibly paranoid. That is a description of someone who needs help.

Ok I'll go to crisis tonight.
