Just that really. Struggling a lot with my anxiety at the mo and it's impacting on my life too much now. Just leaving the sanctuary of my garden is a mountain to climb now. I want my life back. Feeling Sad and Angry at the same time..

Hi Catbus I have what I think is quite bad anxiety and possibly depression too.I had PND after ds2 was born,he is now 6.It has all flared up again in the last month because of issues with both my boys (ds1 may or may not have Aspergers and is Dyspraxic so we have all kinds of fun with that) and ds2 is incredibly demanding and clingy.Plus we have a blind dog and we've just got a puppy so I'm freaking out at all the change and the extra pressure that I'm now under looking after a puppy.

It is massively impacting my life as I am unable to stay clam and rational when dealing with my boys.If they don't conform,I can't cope-does that make any sense?

There's alot more to it than that but I'm now at the point where I have to do something so am considering going back on ad's which I really don't want to do.

I don't know for certain that I have anxiety,it's just a guess but I do have anxiety attacks and I get very tearful and incredibly angry.

How does yours affect you?Do you have any support in the way of friends/family?
