I can't orgasm at the moment, no matter what I try Sad

Does anyone know if mirtazapine, citalopram or clozapine can cause this?

TIA

Citalopram definitely might have that effect, don't know about the other two I'm afraid.

I've been on 20mg citalopram for a couple of months now and found it did reduce my sexual mojo.... Once I get going I can still orgasm but it isn't as intense and takes much longer. Whilst it's a real bugger, I'm trying to focus on how the tablets have helped my cope with other areas.

I agree Citalopram has definitely flatlined my libido and ability to orgasm. OTOH I am no longer suicidal :)

Yep, this is the price we pay for sanity.

another one with a flattened labido here - although when i do manage to orgasm it is more intense and I pass out Blush

Mirtazapine is a second line antidepressants and seems to have lots of unwanted side affects I find.
