Hi, I'm currently a month into 150 mg of sertraline, been really depressed for about 6 weeks. It's doing nothing for me, I feel no better and I think it might be worth discussing with GP. My main problem is I'm exhausted from depression (this is often my first symptom). Anyone know if any ads are good for helping relive this? I'm not expecting a miracle buy a slight impvement would be great, then I'd be able to help myself.
Thanks

Should say, been on sertraline for many years, but lower dose.

There are a number if different AD out there, you should be feeling something now. I would defiantly go back to gp... I found venlaflaxen best for me but that's just my experience

I find Venlafaxine M/R is good for me too.

They are different types of AD though.. Sertraline is a SSRI (works on Serotonin only - like Citalopram, Prozac etc). Venlafaxine is an SNRI (works on both Serotonin and Noradrenaline).

You could try a different SSRI first.
