I've recently had an epiphany about what the trigger is when I binge eat, but I think I now need external help with examining this further and putting a stop to it.
I had CBT a while ago to help with panic attacks that started when I suffered a bereavement and found it hugely effective. I think this would help ref. 'coping techniques' for not bingeing, but I want to go deeper than that and repair my self-esteem.
Will CBT also do this, or is there a different type of therapy that may be more suitable/effective?
