Cipralex? Anyone been prescribed this recently?

I took this years ago and it worked really well for me. Last year I asked for it and they said it's no longer recommended (been taken off the market?). I tried Sertraline but that did nothing. Has anyone been prescribed Cipralex lately? Is it still available?

My son is on cipralex it is the brand name for escitalopram. It is most definitely available. He was prescribed it by a psychiatrist. I think it is more expensive than ordinary citalopram so maybe not prescribed by gps cos of cost. He gets his prescriptions from the GP but originally given by consultant psych

Btw he's been on it for about 4 years so was available when you asked last year.
