In relation to my previous thread, I am trying to be happier now that I am in a better place and started taking anti depressants. I've been avoiding leaving the house, am very nervous about doing school runs again (I am 7 months pregnant and my dp is doing all schools runs until September since I came out of a stay at hospital)
I am going to see my GP about some cbt. Before I moved house and area it had been discussed at length with my previous GP.
In the meantime I would like to make the most of the time I have before the baby comes so would like some help and advice. Any books, websites or ideas appreciated.
