Does St Johns Wort Work and Where is the Best Place to Buy it

Has anyone has experience of real success with St Johns Wart for what I think is mild but long (building up over the last possibly 5 years) depression? Also where is the best place to buy and how do you know what strength to buy?

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

you can buy from holland and barrat or other health food shops usually only comes in one strength. It takes a long time to build up in your system. If you are on the pill it is probably not a good idea to take it as it makes the pill ineffective.
