Recommended free online cbt resourses?

Dont have tome or money for counseling - can you do CBT online for free? Does it work

There are books on it also you can get free from libraries.

Well from my personal of view as I write today CBT does help. Someone, somewhere would have seriously realised that it's only I and my brain that can change I and no one else and nothing else.
