Im feeling really down today as Im back off to see my GP again after two lots of tablets arent shifting my mood/anxiousness.

Have tried fluoxetine and betablockers already and it looks like Im going to have to give the ADs another go.

Ive had citalopram in the past but the side effects are really put me off it. Before I didnt have DS and know that I will really struggle to function properly.

I feel sick just thinking about how Im on this path again..

don't feel sick itisn't your fault, have you let the fluoxetine have a good chance to work ? it really takes a good 2 months IMO to get going ? lots of people need to try 2 or 3 antidepressnets before finding the right one - good luck.

Sorry to hear this, madmarch.

Empathies!

Have you tried Lustral yet?

It was honestly the only thing that kept the anxiety from my PND in check.

I still need supplemental help for some of hte panic attacks.

I know how you feel, I was doing well and tried to lower my dosage - w/my psychiatrist's backing.

But no go.

8 months on, still on 'em!

Keep us updated.

Have just been prescribed Dosulepin (was taken off fluoxetine by GP because of side effects) which is supposed to have fewer side effects and be good for anxiety.

I havent tried Lustral, although have heard good things about it. Maybe we'll go there if these dont work!
