DH (we seperated a few months back and are still on very good terms, i now have a new DP) has just taken our sons away to visit MIL for a week, and i am crying as i will miss them so much, also it was really odd as i got them ready while he was at work and helped load the car (as always when we were going away) and then off they went, feels so odd.

Aw - kimi (hugs). It's only natural to feel upset you've packed your little men off.
BUT - take the time they are away to spoil yourself and your new DP and do some of the things you weren't able to do while they were home (like bonk on the kitchen table )

oh Iklboo, that made me smile.....
I feel so stupid for crying but its just so hard to see my family drive off and me not be part of it (although in the end it was me who chose to move out).

It really hurts inside
