Diazepam and nytol

Massively anxious and have huge stuff going on at work tomorrow. Taken 2mg of diazepam, can I take one nytol? The two a night kind to technically a half dose. Thanks

Sorry don't know the absolute answer but my cpn started me on diazepam today & told me not to mix with any sleeping help drugs as the effect can be dangerous. I have been told to take my dose only in morning.

I would presume that would include nytol aswell.

Hopefully someone will be along with a definite answer & know how!

No expert but I am prescribed 2x 5 mg of diazepam at night so rather than mix could you just take 1 and 1/2 of your 2 mg tablets? I'm pretty sure you will be fine (or I would surely have been in trouble by now!)

Only took half a nytol and was up 5 times in night so not much of an effect!

2mg is a tiny dose and diazepam isn't the best medication for sleep anyway. I'm not surprised it didn't help much.
