Scared to go to the docs

I know I should, I need to go back on the anti d's but I just don't want to. I'm scared it will lead to my children being taken away.

A huge proportion of the population are on antidepressants, amongst them many many fabulous mums.

If you're feeling down please go and talk to your GP- they won't judge you, theres no reason it should lead to your children being taken away but it nay well help you feel better and be the mummy you want to be.

Much better to be a mom getting help for an illness than one who struggles on to the detriment of her kids.
