Where do I start? Such a range in prices. If it says 'medically certified' is that enough. Anyone recommend one?

Maplin sell one that's quite cheap, £50 ish. I found it worked as well as another I'd bought for £200.

yes, that's it, the bulbs weren't too dear either I think. maplin are better for returning if there's a problem than eBay are though.
