Worried I might have ADHD. What do I do next?

Thanks in advance for comments

I think it's possible that I could have ADHD. As a child I was considered a fidgety daydreamer, I suffer enormous stress trying to organise simple tasks, very easily distracted, and become overwhelmed by a sudden change in my targets/ workload.
I have long wondered if this might be ADHD and recently completed an online Q which resulted in a high ADHD correlation score.
I don't need this (who does?) I have a DS and quite a demanding job.
I am in my late 30s and did ok ish at school but apparently never reached my potential Hmm. aDHD just wasn't "around" when I was a kid.
Is it worth my while talking to anyone? Or do I just have to get on with it?
Does anyone else have experience of this?

Thanks.
