Online CBT?

Ages ago when (in retrospect) I had PND after my first child was born someone on here recommended an online cbt course which was free to help manage my anxiety. Anyone remember or know of any sites like this? I signed up for but never completed it fully but would like to now.

TIA

Was it living life to the full?

Thank you I think it may have been! Although when I looked that up the website looked different, have you used it (or do you know anyone who has?) just a bit wary of clicking the links on the one I found as it looked a bit jumpy!

There's one called mood gym as well I think.

Sorry just came back now.
I have used it and regularly recommend it at work.
It is free, was set up by royal college of psychiatrists and has lots of links to further reading etc.
It works if you use it every day.
Hope it helps you.

Thanks very much both of you I will have another look at both of those. I am waiting for a course of cbt to start so thought it may help in the mean time.
