Hi all,

First time posting in here so be gentle. I think I have an aniexty disorder. I'm waiting for my doctor to get me seen by someone.

I can't seem to leave the house without an overwhelming feeling of sickness, while i haven't been sick, I can't shake the feeling I'm going to be. But over the last week I have been feeling like it at home and it has stopped me eating, it's effecting my parenting because I don't want to leave the house.

I think it's because my boyfriend moved in with me and my son in the week, part of me wants to ask him to leave again because I think that may be it. I don't know what to do for the best xx

How horrible for you. Well done on seeking help.

Do you think you could explain to your DP how anxious you are feeling and then maybe now isn't the right time for such a big change?

Sorry to hear this, ive been where you are..anxiety really is a bastard. Accept whatever support you're offered, hopefully you'll develop strategies to help you in dealing with this.
