Does anyone feel better when not on Ads?

I have just come down the dose of ad's, I was apprehensive at first, but actually feel much better. I guess I must be well.

I feel alive, bouncy, lively and motivated. Meds were grat against my anxiety, but sort of sucked everything dry and flat. I am also much much less grumpy and bad tempered. And the appetite has returned to normal after years of overeating.

Am worried if it should come back again, but I just feel so different!

I stopped citalopram about 7 weeks ago , weaned myself off , mainly cause my hair was coming out so much which I blamed on citalopram as it was a side effect in the list. My hair loss has slowed . I felt so more energetic and actually happy and my libido was through the roof Blush but I've come crashing down again into a dee depression and my health anxiety has hit me like a tonne of bricks , I'm not sleeping , feeling snappy and irritable and also had a panic attack lady night :( but really don't want to go back on them
