Normal to feel worse???

I've been diagnosed with pnd and have been taking the ads for a week. I now can't sleep and actually feel significantly worse, I'm angry now as well as exhausted and as flat as I ever was. Before I just felt low, not angry and I still slept well. Now I am shouting at ds (3) and feel like I'm on the edge of losing it. Is it normal to react this way and will it settle down?? Please tell me yes as I'm just not coping (ds2 is teething and currently crying non-stop)!

when you start using it, at the beginning it is normal to feel like that in some cases, and then it settles down 1-2 weeks later as far as i know.
best wishes.

When I started taking ADs I felt a lot worse during the first two weeks - anger still there, sleeping not good and with the ADs I started feeling sick too.

Within 2 weeks things were much better and withina month I was starting to feel more like me again.
