Post-Christmas blues

I control my MH by having things to plan and look forward to, no matter how small. Now Christmas has been and gone (successfully I might add) I'm finding it hard to find a goal to work towards in the near future. This atrocious weather doesn't help.

What small things do people work towards this time of year and how do you cope with the seemingly endless winter?

There is still Hogmanay and then Burns' Night in January. Do you ski or board? There is enough snow to plan a ski trip to Aviemore.

No I don't, but maybe I should learn. That does sound fun.

We are heading to Aviemore in Feb. DD is a bit wee for ski-ing yet (15 months) but we plan to take her sledging at the top and have a hot choc at The Ptarmigan restuarant.

It might be easier to learn in Europe or the US. Ski-ing in Scotland can be challenging as the weather is very changeable!

I try just little things like getting the houses sorted after all the christmas stuff. Maybe paln to re paint or r carpet or something or even plan to be in the garden if its dry!!!
I'm not sure how big a thing you want to plan for?x
