How many hours do you spend being angry a day?

It's quite a lot for me at the moment.

I'm constantly concocting elaborate fantasies in which I can get violent revenge on real or imagined wrong do-ers.

Just wondering what's normal, and when it becomes a problem.

About 5 minutes for me.

Have you always been like this?

No hours, maybe the odd 5 minute flash, but that is probably of irritation, rather than anger.

A lot. Too much. It doesn't come out though. Quite a lot of the time angry at myself tbf. I get really anxious about stuff and then angry about it and angry about everything.

But everyone else thinks I'm a really quiet, calm, easygoing person. I'm not, I just keep it all hidden.

It comes and goes Golddigger

It's a big thing at the moment tho. Not helped by me not being able to do my usual things to work off the excess energy due to late pregnancy.

Do you think that it may be pregnancy related? It is a long time since I was pregnant.
Maybe have a word with the midwife?
