Paraxotine and Vitamins

Hi does anyone know if you can take vitamin B complex with Paraxotine. I am vegetarian and think I am probably lacking in them. I read that panic attacks can be helped by taking vitamin B

I would think it was ok, I am taking it with fluoxetine
