Looking for words if wisdom if nothing else!! Back to work after tomorrow after being off sick for three months with anxiety. I am so ready to go back but feeling really nervous and I suppose a little anxious. I'm nt worrying incase somthing happens to me when I'm there all negative thoughts which up till now I'm managing to control and know once I get there il be fine. Need to get back to normality.
How did you manage if you've been off with similar thing??
