Exercise - walking/swimming/Pilates/yoga or anything!! Individual, gym or groups
Routine - getting up at a sensible time of day, going to bed similar
Focus for each day - so not focused on MH all the time ( work can be helpful)
Good sleep hygiene - no screen time late at night, regular sleep time even if cannot sleep, definitely not catching up sleep by lie ins of daytime naps as makes a sleep routine worse
Being aware lots of people struggle with things, which is where talking to others and realising it is normal to be exhausted and shattered with young kids and not necessarily a MH issue, or finance worries cause stress etc etc
Being kind to oneself - if have a bad day not beat self up about it, it does not help!!!! Show self compassion

Focus on life outside of health issues.

Exercise, routine, hygiene and getting dressed even if you fel like staying in pjs all day long. And when you feel really low don't over think things sometimes it is just about letting the bad moment pass, in one hour or two you will feel better.
