Scared!

Anyone else scared in their own home? Like something bad will happen, something is watching you, playing games with you?

Cant even go in the shower or put a load of washing in without being terrified!! Is this how my life is going to be now? Forever.

Is this in my head? Or what if there is something actually in the house doing all these things!! How am i meant to find out which it is!!!

I cant take much more of this!! I want to feel safe!!

Bump - is there anyone you can phone for a reassuring and calming chat?

Not really, dont know how they wud reassure me anyway. Its my fault im like this, just need to find a way to get past it. I cant live like this forever

Has this started recently?

Its been getting progressively worse over the past few months. Was diagnosed with PND 5months ago and take ADs. I dont think im depressed though! There is something very wrong yes but i dont know what it is.

I think that you need to go back to your GP, and mention how you are feeling.

Phone your gp. Sounds like anxiety to me but I'm no expert. How are you feeling now? Can you read somthing to distract yourself or play with dc.

Must be really awful. I struggle going out but at least I am safe at home.
You should mention this to your gp.

Im seeing my gp & counsellor tomorrow so am going to tell them that things are much worse!
