I had a little trouble understanding your post
What word is debtor supposed to be? Sorry.

Cant answer all of it, never taken citalopram.

ADs are not drugs like heroin or cocaine is.

It sounds like you need the AD to me.

I understand about you not wanting to take cold or flu remedies, I am much the same. But I will take pills that are prescribed by a doctor if he thinks I need them.

Dr's only prescribe medication to help you. Why not go back to the gp and tell them what you said here.

You could also go to your health visitor and tell her you are struggling - many chikdren's centres run groups for mum's under age 25 where they can talk and share etc, which HV could out you in touch with. Can help you out with more practical support in caring for 2 children as well, so why not phone up your HV and ask to talk with her?

I take medication for anxiety they all come under the AD band so don't worry no one think your depressed. How are you feeling now? You have two young children who will also benefit from there mam getting a little bit of help and you will be fine on them. It's a big step. I'm in same boat been on meds three weeks and I already feel like a new person. Take my dd out more and have leas anxiety as the days r going on. Side effects if any will subside. Here if u want to chat or rant x

When did the doc say to take then? You didn't do a bad thing you've taken them that's a good thing. Just relax and don't forget, I know I keep saying it but if you do get side effects they will subside. Keep going don't think there not working and stop them.
