Anyone have any experiences of these?

I have never taken them together but I have taken them.

Sertraline was ok, it made me very twitchy and hot so I switched to fluoxetine.

I got on really well with mirtazipine, it does make you put weight on though.

Hi there I only took sertraline for two weeks and hated it had the runs so bad and nausea that said I was advised to stick it out for a few more weeks but couldn't bear it! Understand it is a mild drug? Been on mirtazapine for over six months put on abouut ten pounds in the first month of starting it but no more since then. Great ad imo and it appears to be unusual in that it works quickly good for sleeping I hope this helps you and you start to feel better soon good luck and take care,

I'm already heavily overweight so concerned about the mitazipine.

Initial reaction to 15mgs of mitazipine was sleeping for 11 hours!

Have just started to properly wake up.

Also very thirsty

I take 150 sertraline and get on really well with it. It does make me hot though and I definitely sweat more. I figure that's better than putting on weight as I'm already overweight.

I'm on 45mgs of mitazipine and I love it. for the first time in a bloody long time I feel like I'm coming back to normal. Some of the dream (hallucinations) are pretty odd, but as I'm asleep at the time, hey I'll put up with that. Thing I like most of all is that it helps me to go to sleep with out the twitchy anxiety I used to have. On doctors recomendation I'm going to start trying 15mgs in the morning, 30 in the evening.

I've not had any weight issues, in fact I'm loosing weight as I'm feeling better.

How long did the 'deflated' feeling last on it?

The sertraline seemed to make me more anxious after the initial period.
