ESA72 really confused

There is a (x) in support group
work related activity group ( ) empty

I'm assuming I'm in support group. What was yr
Take on it.

The whole letter is proper confusing not had one before like this.

The x is for the group yv been placed in so just sharing for others in similair circumstances with a ESA72 letter.after reading it several times I finally get it.
