Suggestions for what to do when feeling pointlessly "fighty"

I'm not even angry, I'm just... fighty. Kind of irritable and restless. Keep getting random bursts of getting out breath and really annoyed, then they go away and I am my normal happy go lucky self.

I have long term MH things (bipolar), loads of meds etc, the underlying problem isn't the issue.

Just....what can I DO????????

(Short of going down the road and picking a fight with XH. Or picking a fight with some randomer in the local pub. Or going trolling online.)

I have my BOYFRIEND here now, I'm fine, but in general...what do YOU do?

I'm generally a lover not a fighter, too.

I suppose I could dance. I dance a lot. Or I could sex. But neither really work as well without a partner to hand...

I clean whilst swearing.
I walk my Mum's dog very fast.

I have a baseball bat and use it to bash the furniture with. But we have an old sofa kept for that purpose. I have anger issues. On meds and usually ok but if under stress angry 'me' comes out.
