Have got to discuss with doctor soon, about coming off of them, for third trimester.

Dreading it.
Haven't had any for a couple of days as haven't been able to pick up new prescrip., and feel terrible.

And I can already feel anxiety creeping back in.

Anybody have experience with this? A friend told me that Kalms are good for anxiety so looking into that sort of thing.

I am on fluoxetine am 16weeks pregnant and intend on staying on it throughout and after.

My GP (actually I saw 2 just to be sure) said although nothing is failsafe fluoxetine is the better of similar medicines to be on throughout pregnancy. For me, I feel like I need to be on it and to come off it would be more detrimental.

But I understand if you want to - everyone's situation is different! I just wanted to show you an alternative. Good luck either way.

Also, I'm pretty sure no doctor would advise you to come off it cold turkey it's much better to half your dose, then take every other day, to make coming off it less drastic.
