Very paranoid about hcp.

I was paranoid anyway but now I'm scared to talk to anyone because I think they will tell each other. I told my hv something in confidence and she phoned my cpn and told her. Now as I suffer with paranoia I think this was poor form and now I feel like I can't talk to anyone.

Oh dear it sounds like things have been handled badly by hv and cpn. Both of them should have been clear with you about information that has to be shared so you know what to expect. Do you feel able to talk to them about this?
