Just wondered - i've just been referred for counselling but it'll be 3 weeks before I get to see someone. Got a few questions about what to expect and am nervous!

Think there is a section on ante/postnatal depression, but please don't be nervous, easier said than done I know but the counselling is there to help you, not to add to your stress.

Have you read What Mothers Do? It might help pass the tine until your counselling begins. Get Some headspace is a good book too

Thank you, it was hiding under "becoming a parent" - not a section I look at anymore. Thanks for the book suggestions too, I'll look at those
