Anxiety and work!

I love my job but have suffered from anxiety for about 6 month have recently gone back after maternity leave and constantly feel aware of my anxiety. This is in actual fact making me dread going to work. Im a support worker an constantly on the go but I just can't stop thinking about myself!!!

Sorry to hear that. I found returning after mat leave really hard. Keeping going to work, chatting to others with young kids and time is what helped really. And booking some hol off work to look forward to. On my very bad days I thought about all the benefits to my dc there were me working and the toys they could have had because of my job. May not help you but just sharing. Took 3-6 weeks for things to ease for me.

Thanks for replying. I've been back 3 month now. Have very supportive work colleagues. Once I've been there a couple of hours I feel okish. I only work two days a week hope this doesn't last forever.
