Well, never suffer from depression before but this year son hospitalised with meniguitus, bullied and eventually pushed out of my job, skint, marriage under stress, finding it impossible to get another job and just randomly crying. Dad has terminal cancer too. I have a good support network through friends, church and running. DH working ridiculous hours to keep us afloat but wouldn't share this with him. Exercise regularly- very keen runner- feel human when I run. Two lovely kids to whom I know I am a great Mum, not showing off.

You sound like you have a lot to cry about. I hope things in your family life get better soon. Sometimes it's better to cry and get it all out (I think anyway).

Un-helpful I know but didn't want to read and run.

Not unhelpful at all. Thanks.
