For those who use St John's Wort, how do you take it?

I've just received the Bioforce/A Vogel 'skin care oil' (it did say 'tincture' or something on Amazon Confused).

I thought I'd ordered a liquid form that I could take with juice or water, but this says 'for external use only'?

If any of you use St John's Wort, what would you advise doing?
