Depressed or lazy?!

Some days I just lack motivation to get things done and can waste far too much time on the internet instead of doing anything. I also feel guilty when I'm like this and know that I will feel bad at the end of the day that I wasted my time. I just can't seem to motivate myself to do things. I've been wondering if I might be a bit depressed or if I'm just lazy!

Are you me?? I could have written that however at the moment I am quite depressed which doesn't help. A few months ago when I wasn't however I think I was just lazy! Sorry, not much help to you. Look at what else is going on in your life. Do you think you might be depressed otherwise? I have quite a few stresses right now which have sort of built up to crisis point. Wasting hours on the Internet doesn't help - but I still do it!

Thanks for your reply, really.
Yes, I have a few things going on which mean life is a bit hard at the moment, but as you say I know that wasting hours on the Internet doesn't help, but some days I just can't stop! I know there are things I could be doing to improve my situation, but seem to keep escaping to a place I don't have to deal with it. That's why I genuinely wonder about being a bit depressed. Why am I not motivated to do things that will make me feel better about myself? Hope I snap out of this soon!
And I hope you feel better soon.
