what do you do if your married daughter with 4 children feels her life is a torment and a disaster and wants to be dead because she is unloved, unwanted, useless and has been all of her life. who finds life 'just too hard'

If I had 4 children I would love help, support, etc as it is hard enough with one I cannot imagine how exhausting four would be. A weekend of no children, or regular time to self could make all the difference. Well that is what would help me right now!!
