Have you taken your Px medication? If not, you need to take the dose you missed immediately then call your crisis team or CMHT and leave a message on their answerphone asking for an emergency DV. Do you have a copy of your careplan in which the measures you or a carer need to take in the event of a crisis? If yes, go get it and follow the care plan.

If you have any anxiolytic/sleep medication you need to take the prescribed dose. But make those calls first. Can you also give your credit/debit cards to a friend/family member or carer? Or place them inside a bag/tub of water and place in the freezer. Just until you can get assistance.

The Samaritans will also help you here. Call them after you have called your care team/GP.

I didn't end up going as me and dh had a massive argument after he saw this thread. But I had a appointment with my psychiatrist today who has upped my meds.

Good for seeing the Psychiatrist. That's an achievement in itself as becoming manic can be very 'seductive' and is a state that many people w/ Bipolar want to remain in until of course it spirals out of control.

Sorry your DH didn't recognise that MN is a source of support for many. Maybe this is something you could address w/ somebody else so it doesn't end in a row? You need all the avenues open to you re support and action plans for any health changes.
