Don't know where to start , dp told me how worried he was about me last night . I was diagnosed with depression a year ago but stopped taking ADs as I felt fine and thought I didn't need them . Sat down with dp and looked through symptoms on the nhs website, i can identify a lot that pinpoint my behaviour as can dp , I often have a week or two where I'm unstoppable , motivated can achieve anything make huge plans , have crazy shopping sprees , lots of reading self help books to be a great person.while like this iv put myself in dangerous situations , aged 15 going back to a hotel with 3 men over 30 , was also in an EA relationship.iv taken on big commitments without thinking how I could physically do it .then I seem to go for a week of struggling to get out of bed and once I do unless I'm working its a case of walking dogs as quickly as possible and getting back to bed . Feel awful very emotional cant stop crying irratible with dp no energy and nothing makes sense ,everything is too difficult , I hope this makes sense and thank you if you manage to read it , been writing and deleting for days but I really need some advice I'm scared to go back to doctors after stopping my ADs
