Have been off it for a week. I was on 10mg per day for about three years. Wondered if the way I am feeling is normal? Feel nauseous, very tired and have a headache. Will this pass? Need a bit of encouragement I guess.

I have found ending ad's like that in general. In fact last time I ended my dh gave me empty capsules for a week which I never knew about and I was ok with that so for me I wonder if some of it was psychological! Hope you ok soon.

Thanks for replying. I am hoping that after two weeks I will be through the worst. DH being supportive and on holiday from school so at least not got little creatures to deal with.

That should help!!

You are not supposed to stop taking them suddenly. You will feel terrible. You should go to your doctor to discuss this!

Loveleopardprint · 01/08/2013 08:47

My doctor told me I could just stop as it was such a low dose. Feeling a bit better today. Not quite so nauseous.

Your doctor is wrong then but if you are over your cold turkey then great.

Openyourheart · 01/08/2013 19:28

It is not the lowest dose, by the way. 5mg is.

Loveleopardprint · 01/08/2013 20:05

Do you think that by 9/10 days I should be nearly there?
