Not coping very well lately

Have had my anti d's upped from 20mg to 30mg, but haven't really noticed any difference.

Feel so stressed out all the time

Sorry to hear your feeling low. Ads can take the weeks or more to really kick in, although you've been on a lower dose, the same applies.

Are you getting out and about? Is there anything in particular that's upsetting you?
